We’re always expanding our virtual remote support services to clients across Canada, United States, as well as Internationally.
In line with the federal and provincial health authority orders observing social & physical distancing requirements, we have some limited availability of contactless pick-up and delivery options for our in-lab computer repair services, contact us for more details.
How we work
We are always happy to connect with you and figure things out together, we offer a complimentary 30-minute Call/Zoom to learn more about your setup and your computers as well as any other equipment that needs servicing, maintenance, updates & upgrades.
In 90% of the cases, we are able to fix your computer and other connected equipment via Remote support, but if for any reason we can’t do that, we will arrange to collect the machine, send it to our lab for repair and send it back to you – in a contactless way.
We have a good Network of Tech. experts/sub-contractors based across Canada who provide excellent services under our Brand and according to our best practices. This way you can always get a good and fast service at a reasonable local price.
