Virtual computer health care plan service agreement
Between: Computer Age Service Enterprises
And
YOU
Computer age service enterprises will provide the following services on a virtual basis (telephone, remote support, online assistance)
- For a one-year subscription at a one-time annual payment of $350.00 (including tax) This covers 10 months and 2 additional complementary months.
- (Note: if you have chosen the monthly subscription, your payment plan will be $35.00 monthly for 12 consecutive months – renewed automatically)
What is included in the Annual plan:
- Up to 3 computers once per year virtual system checks, internal cleaning of your system software, contents, files, etc as per client’s instructions, and virtual tune-up.
- Up to 5 hours of virtual remote support for the one-year subscription plan
- Monthly check of data backup via remote support (client to have existing portable USB storage device for backups)
Once 5 hours of virtual remote support is used, additional hourly fees apply.
What’s included in the Monthly plan:
- Up to 3 computers once per year virtual system checks, internal cleaning of your system software, contents, files, etc as per client’s instructions, and virtual tune-up.
- Up to 5 hours of virtual remote support for every 12 months (Providing that you meet the minimum subscription period of 12 months)
- Monthly check of data backup via remote support (client to have existing portable USB storage device for backups)
Once 5 hours of virtual remote support is used, additional hourly fees apply.
Parts are not included in any plan.
Please note due to the covid-19 coronavirus and federal/provincial health officer’s orders, we’re restricted from providing in-person service and support for the duration of the British Columbia & other provinces’ state of emergency.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CASH REFUNDS. NO CREDIT FOR RETURNS. ALL PRODUCTS REMAIN TITLE OF COMPUTER AGE SERVICE ENTERPRISES UNTIL FULLY PAID. Please note if paying by credit card, the statement will show Square computer age service

COMPUTER AGE SERVICE ENTERPRISES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT/DATA/NETWORK PERFORMANCE CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, TESTING, SERVICE DELAYS, PRODUCT ORDER DELAYS, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL RESULTING IN LOST TIME, REVENUES, PROFITS, AND EXPENSES.

Cloud backup services are provided by 3rd party providers at client’s discretion and Computer Age Service Enterprises is free of liability pertaining to data breach/loss and Post incident restoration services are beyond the scope of this agreement and will be charged at standard billing rates in addition as required.
